Refund policy

We package our Smashpizzas in sturdy boxes using insulated packing inside the mailer for protection.

We spent months trialling deliveries to ensure we give our Smashpizzas the best opportunity to arrive to you in excellent condition.

Every order will be sent a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.

We do not take any responsibility for Smashpizzas left unattended at the delivery location or damaged due to circumstances outside of our control.

We do not recommend ordering Smashpizzas for delivery during extreme heat/ weather conditions.

We don’t envisage it but if for some reason you are not satisfied please return the unused package and all contents, along with an email copy of the order and we will gladly offer a full refund.
